The following resources are for your review:
A new, music-based resource for activity professionals called Music, Memory, and Meaning was published just last year and is a step by step guide to using music with older adults, even for caregivers with no musical background or experience. The authors firmly believe in the power of music with older adults and are so excited to be able to provide a resource to empower others to use music to connect with aging loved ones! It is an excellent resource for activity coordinators, the residents they serve, and their families.
“The power of music to transform a moment, to spark emotion and to enrich lives is amazing. What a wonderful resource this is for caregivers and older adults to experience the wonder music gives!”
